Gather requirements, run discovery workshops, produce functional design, perform unit and system QA, support data migration and integrations, plan UAT/training, enable go-live and hypercare, and align Q2C processes across Sales, Finance, and Operations.

Deliver Salesforce functional consulting across analysis, design, configuration and presales. Liaise between technical and functional teams, manage stakeholders, produce documentation and estimations, and maintain Salesforce certifications while driving high-quality client outcomes.
