Responsibilities include Apex development, product and pricing models, checkout and order processing, enterprise integrations, APIs, security, performance optimization, testing, CI/CD, and technical documentation. The role collaborates with stakeholders, architects, front-end developers, and DevOps teams to deliver secure commerce implementations integrated with Salesforce clouds, ERP, inventory, payment, tax, and order management systems.

Designs, develops, and maintains automated testing scripts and frameworks for regression, performance, load, and security testing. Integrates automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, analyzes results and defects, maintains scalable test environments, and collaborates with development and QA teams. The role also supports manual QA engineers transitioning to automation, provides estimates, follows QA best practices, and contributes to broader testing strategy improvements.

Develop and maintain Salesforce-compatible back-end systems, APIs, databases, and data models. Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, stakeholders, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable web applications. Write, test, debug, optimize, secure, and document back-end code and database queries. Integrate front-end components with back-end services while supporting Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud environments and related Slack-based workflows.
