Leads OSEA’s global operations strategy across supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, procurement, logistics, fulfillment, and customer care. Builds scalable teams, systems, processes, and external partnerships while improving service levels, quality, costs, margins, and inventory productivity. Oversees S&OP, forecasting, capacity planning, vendor performance, operational budgets, risk mitigation, distribution networks, and product launch execution. Partners with executive and cross-functional teams to support sustainable growth across DTC, ecommerce, wholesale, and retail channels.

Lead content and editorial strategy across channels to support product launches, campaigns, and e-commerce. Develop brand voice, messaging frameworks, editorial calendar, and scalable content systems. Write and edit copy for product pages, email, social, retail, and long-form editorial. Use SEO and performance data to optimize content and collaborate cross-functionally.
