Manages wholesale sales operations for beauty retail partners, including account and SKU setup, retailer portals, product content, order and inventory management, EDI resolution, compliance programs, vendor reconciliation, and cross-functional projects. Oversees launches, product lifecycle changes, special orders, sampling, ratings and reviews, and operational issue resolution. Maintains SOPs, trackers, and knowledge-transfer materials while serving as the primary liaison among wholesale, fulfillment, finance, marketing, and retail partners.

Leads OSEA’s global operations strategy across supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, procurement, logistics, fulfillment, and customer care. Builds scalable teams, systems, processes, and external partnerships while improving service levels, quality, costs, margins, and inventory productivity. Oversees S&OP, forecasting, capacity planning, vendor performance, operational budgets, risk mitigation, distribution networks, and product launch execution. Partners with executive and cross-functional teams to support sustainable growth across DTC, ecommerce, wholesale, and retail channels.
