Ensures enterprise data accuracy, availability, integrity, and reliability across databases and pipelines. Responsibilities include monitoring systems, optimizing pipelines, implementing data quality and governance standards, managing backups and recovery, automating maintenance, troubleshooting incidents, supporting compliance, developing validation tests, and preparing reports and authorization artifacts. The role collaborates with data engineering, platform, application, cybersecurity, and government teams while maintaining adherence to DoD policies.

Provides help desk and IT support to government customers, including troubleshooting, customer communication, software installations and upgrades, workstation and operating system maintenance, hardware and software support, service reporting, documentation, and IT performance metrics. The role requires independent judgment, teamwork, strong communication, and compliance with established procedures.
