Manage and grow an assigned customer territory through relationship development, product promotion, sales planning, and direct selling. Identify new business opportunities, meet revenue targets, monitor market trends, and collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Quality to deliver customer solutions. The role requires customer and market expertise, sales execution, cross-functional coordination, and travel of up to 50%.

Support local controllership and month‑end close; prepare financial analyses and reports; partner with manufacturing on project tracking and performance improvement; contribute to budgeting, forecasting, tax, treasury, KPI reporting, and working capital initiatives; drive process improvements and strengthen business controls.

Support video production and content creation: capture B-roll and stills of manufacturing and products, conduct interviews, cover events, edit video for social and marketing, and collaborate with marketing to develop visual stories.
