The role partners cross-functionally with operations, finance, manufacturing, logistics, sourcing, and customer service while driving strategic transformation and measurable business outcomes.

Plan and optimize production schedules by balancing inventory, capacity, labor, waste, and quality. Assign production jobs to workstations, coordinate process operations, and adjust schedules to meet customer demand. Manage outside processing orders through ERP systems, collaborate with procurement on inventory levels and order quantities, expedite deliveries, administer cycle counts, and report procurement obstacles. Partner with production leadership to improve operational performance.
