Supports wealth advisors with client meeting preparation, financial data gathering, plan development, reporting, follow-up tasks, and client service. Assists with tax, cash flow, retirement, estate, executive compensation, risk management, investment research, and prospecting activities. Maintains accurate client records and documentation in Salesforce while coordinating workflows and communicating with clients and internal teams.

Serves as a fiduciary strategic advisor to ultra-high-net-worth clients and families. Leads complex wealth management, estate planning, investment, tax, charitable, and governance engagements; develops new business; mentors junior advisors; participates in investment committees and firm initiatives; and guides clients through liquidity events and generational transitions.

Supports Wealth Managers by servicing high-net-worth clients, responding to inquiries, coordinating account administration, preparing reports and meeting materials, maintaining CRM data, managing custodian paperwork, and supporting compliance, billing, reporting, and client communication initiatives. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM systems.
