Provides customer-facing support to financial professionals, responding to questions and concerns, assisting with account openings, reviewing paperwork, maintaining electronic files, and coordinating transactions with clearing firms, fund companies, and carriers. Ensures accurate, timely processing, regulatory adherence, client satisfaction, and responsive service while helping improve procedures based on business and regulatory changes.

Serve as primary relationship lead for client households, deliver comprehensive financial planning, mentor advisory staff, drive business development through networking and COIs, manage transitioned client relationships, and ensure timely, accurate planning deliverables to grow firm assets and retain clients.

Provide Tier II Workday support and administration: troubleshoot cases, configure core HCM, maintain data integrity, run data loads (EIB), create reports, perform UAT, document SOPs, and support HR stakeholders and projects.
