Leads investment operations analysis across reconciliation, portfolio implementation, data integrity, reporting, and systems integration. Resolves complex investment and operational discrepancies, develops Power BI and Excel reporting tools, analyzes portfolio and private investment data, and automates workflows using SQL, Python, R, or VBA. The role also supports compliance controls, process improvements, data governance, acquired-firm integrations, and strategic platform initiatives while serving as a subject matter resource.

Analyzes investment portfolios, asset allocation, risk, performance, fees, and securities; prepares proposals and client-facing materials; implements portfolio models and targets in Black Diamond and YCharts; validates data, coordinates with advisors and operations teams, supports trading handoffs, and delivers actionable analytics for portfolio decisions and reviews.

Manages Osaic’s HR compliance and governance framework, including risk assessments, controls, policy administration, employment-law compliance, monitoring, reporting, audits, remediation, and manager capability initiatives. Partners with HR, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Payroll, and business leaders to reduce employment risk, maintain multi-state compliance, and ensure consistent HR practices.
