Processes incoming and outgoing mail and documents, including sorting, scanning, imaging, routing, printing, and copying. Maintains document workflows, records, retention procedures, and secure handling practices. Communicates with internal teams to resolve processing issues, supports high-volume workloads, contributes to process-improvement projects, and cross-trains across functions. Requires accurate, organized work in a full-time onsite environment with occasional overtime or weekend availability.

Provide high-quality inbound phone support to advisory clients, process and verify service forms, document interactions, resolve issues or escalate, follow workflows and compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.

Manages strategic insurance account relationships, leads business development initiatives, coordinates sales and cross-functional projects, identifies account growth opportunities, develops partnership plans, onboards sales leaders, and provides reporting and analytics. Serves as a primary contact for corporate customers, sales teams, carriers, and producers while supporting account strategy, territory assignments, marketing initiatives, and compliance-related activities.
