Manage funeral home operations and coordinate funeral arrangements while providing compassionate support to bereaved families. Perform embalming, body preparation, preservation, and restoration to present the deceased with dignity. Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards and assist families in meeting Osage burial customs.

Provide administrative and customer-service support to the Museum Director and Collections Manager, handling clerical tasks, records/databases, correspondence, event scheduling, basic research, and occasional evening/weekend or driving duties while maintaining confidentiality and professional representation.
