Teams at Osage Nation

Manage funeral home operations and coordinate funeral arrangements while providing compassionate support to bereaved families. Perform embalming, body preparation, preservation, and restoration to present the deceased with dignity. Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards and assist families in meeting Osage burial customs.

Oversee all accounting functions for the Nation: prepare financial reports, supervise accounting staff, support budget development, maintain accounting systems, implement internal controls, ensure grant accounting and compliance, and perform related duties assigned by the Treasurer.

Lead and manage all HR functions for the Osage Nation including recruiting, staffing, performance management, organization development, policy creation, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HRIS administration, training, and staff supervision while advising leadership and ensuring compliance.
