Performs diagnostic X-rays according to physician orders and established safety procedures. Prepares patients, processes and uploads images to PACS, maintains radiology equipment and supplies, supports regulatory inspections, and assists with patient flow and clinic technician duties. Ensures compliance with radiology guidelines, OSHA requirements, and clinic standards while collaborating with physicians and staff to provide quality patient care.

Coordinates orthopedic durable medical equipment processes and supports physicians with casting, splinting, bracing, technical visits, patient education, documentation, insurance authorization, inventory management, and clinic operations. Ensures proper device fitting, safety, regulatory compliance, and patient care while assisting with rehabilitation instruction, staff training, vendor coordination, and cross-coverage of orthopedic technician and medical assistant duties.

Coordinates orthopedic patient care outside clinic visits, including surgery and diagnostic scheduling, prior authorizations, medical records, prescriptions, referrals, patient communications, and follow-up. Tracks adverse events, patient-reported outcomes, medication requests, and clinical documentation in the EMR. Coordinates care with physicians and clinical staff while maintaining compliance with Texas practice regulations.

Provides orthopedic patient care under physician supervision, including evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, follow-up care, injections, casting, wound care, and patient education. Assists with orthopedic surgeries, performs pre- and post-operative management, conducts hospital rounds, manages inpatient care, and coordinates rehabilitation. Maintains compliant clinical documentation, billing records, and prescriptive-authority requirements while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary staff.

Greet and assist patients and visitors, manage incoming calls and scheduling, enter and maintain patient demographics and medical records (including imaging) in the EMR, process payments and billing codes, coordinate with Patient Accounting, and ensure confidentiality and compliance while supporting front‑office operations.

Assist physicians with fitting and applying braces, casts, crutches and other DME; educate patients on use and care; manage DME inventory, scheduling, documentation, insurance pre-authorizations, EHR coding, and provide patient customer service while complying with HIPAA.

Coordinate physician office and surgical scheduling, obtain patient demographics/insurance/authorizations, manage orders/tests and documentation in the EHR, supervise Assistant Coordinator, communicate with facilities and revenue cycle to resolve patient issues.

Provide orthopedic patient care including histories, exams, diagnostics, in-office procedures, surgical assistance, pre/post-op and inpatient management, documentation, and care coordination under physician supervision per Texas regulations.

Provide clinical and surgical care in orthopaedics under surgeon supervision; evaluate and treat patients in clinic and via telemedicine, assist in surgery, manage perioperative care, triage patient concerns/portal messages, handle documentation and authorizations, coordinate referrals, develop workflows and patient education, support research, and manage operational tasks including scheduling and vendor coordination.

Schedule patient appointments and surgical cases, obtain demographics and insurance authorizations, manage physicians' schedules, maintain EMR and practice management records, supervise assistant coordinator, coordinate with hospitals and billing, and serve as team lead for projects.

The Radiologic Technologist takes diagnostic x-rays, prepares patients, ensures equipment functionality, adheres to safety protocols, and operates radiology systems while maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

The Physician Assistant provides comprehensive health care in collaboration with medical staff, performs evaluations, diagnoses, treatment plans, and communicates care plans to patients and families in a supportive medical environment.

The Physician Assistant provides surgical assistance and perioperative care for orthopedic patients, working closely with surgeons and managing patient evaluations and treatment plans.
