Provides orthopedic clinical support through casting, splinting, bracing, DME fitting, technical visits, patient education, and documentation. Coordinates DME ordering, insurance verification, authorizations, billing support, inventory, and vendor relationships. Assists with clinic workflow, rehabilitation instruction, staff training, compliance, infection control, and equipment maintenance while supporting physicians and patient care teams.

Handles workers’ compensation injury and claim verification, medical billing audits, authorization, documentation, appeals, and accounts receivable follow-up. Serves as the primary contact for adjusters and case managers, supports physicians with Texas workers’ compensation guidelines and ODG treatment requirements, prepares DWC forms, and coordinates dispute resolution. The role also includes employer and clinic marketing, maintaining regulatory knowledge, and ensuring timely claim payment.

Performs diagnostic x-rays according to physician orders and established safety procedures. Prepares patients, processes and sends images to PACS, maintains equipment and supplies, and reports malfunctions. Collaborates with physicians and clinic staff to support patient care, follows radiology, OSHA, and compliance standards, assists with patient flow, and performs clinic technician duties as needed.
