Provide full-scope HR support for Carrell Clinic locations including onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, terminations, compliance, and HR project work with the broader HR team.

Provide hands-on patient care supporting physicians with casting, splinting, bracing and DME; manage clinic inventory, medications and OSHA compliance; document care in the EMR; train and mentor clinical staff; serve as inventory super user and handle tech-only appointments and special projects.

Assist physicians with orthopedic patient care and DME products: fit/apply braces, casts, crutches; educate patients; manage DME inventory; handle scheduling, documentation, pre-authorizations, and EHR coding; provide customer service and comply with HIPAA.
