Sell and support Orthofix bone growth therapy devices in an assigned territory. Build relationships with surgeons, payers, distributors, and patients; achieve sales quotas; provide training, education, and customer service; complete sales paperwork and reports; attend meetings and conventions. Extensive territory travel required.

Lead manufacturing engineering for R&D and complex production projects, building engineering teams, managing project plans and budgets, ensuring design control and risk management compliance (FDA QSR/ISO 13485), supervising testing and vendor interactions, mentoring engineers, and driving continuous improvement to commercialize orthobiologic medical products.

Lead U.S. biologics sales strategy to meet revenue goals. Build and manage sales teams and channel partners, implement sales processes and tools, forecast revenue, coordinate launches with marketing, ensure customer-facing operations and consistent order fulfillment, track performance metrics, and drive growth through surgeon and distributor relationships.

Provide inventory and cost accounting support for a manufacturing plant: review and close work orders, prepare month-end journal entries and reconciliations, analyze cost of goods sold and variances, assist budgeting, forecasts and audits, maintain SOX controls, and support physical inventories and reporting.

Act as liaison between Quality, R&D and Regulatory during design and product lifecycle. Manage risk management, design validation, usability testing, regulatory submissions (CE/FDA), post-market surveillance, technical documentation, and support audits, procedures, and cross-functional product releases.

Partner with Territory Managers to promote Orthofix bone growth therapies, support accounts and patients, assist with patient fittings and paperwork, manage distributor relationships, and achieve sales quotas within the Tennessee territory.
