Owns global Operations FP&A, including P&L and inventory reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, dashboards, KPI development, and business-case analysis. Partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Cost Accounting teams to improve financial accuracy, cost management, and decision-making. Prepares close-related analyses and presents actionable insights to senior management. The hybrid Lewisville, Texas role requires up to 10% travel.

Develop hardware and firmware for electromagnetic and ultrasound bone growth and tissue regeneration devices. Responsibilities include exposure optimization using SEMCAD/SIM4LIFE, electrical and mechanical device design, automated test system development, firmware implementation, and machine vision or machine learning systems for assessing patient motion. The role also supports next-generation PEMF and ultrasound stimulation systems.

Execute supply chain solutions including supply planning, inventory management, backorder monitoring, and project management. Partner with cross-functional and supplier teams, develop analytics, dashboards and KPI reports, and take proactive actions to optimize inventory and deliveries. Support Customer Service and travel as needed.

Promotes and sells bone growth therapy devices across the Houston territory. Builds relationships with physicians, hospitals, patients, payers, and distributors; develops new accounts; trains medical personnel and patients; supports product implementation; resolves customer issues; completes sales documentation; and achieves assigned quotas. The role requires approximately 90% travel by car within the territory and the ability to lift 20–30 pounds.

The Design Engineer collaborates with teams to develop and modify designs for spine implants, utilizing CAD software and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include testing, documentation, and cross-functional team collaboration.
