Sell and support Orthofix bone growth therapy devices within the Memphis territory. Build relationships with physicians, hospitals, payers and patients; train users; manage orders and paperwork; meet sales quotas; attend meetings; provide timely customer service and problem resolution. Heavy territory travel and lifting of product literature required.

Investigate, document, and close medical device customer complaints; communicate with patients, physicians, and internal teams; determine and submit regulatory adverse event reports; perform failure analysis; track complaint metrics and participate in continuous improvement to ensure compliance with global regulatory and company quality system requirements.

Lead manufacturing engineering for R&D and complex production projects, building engineering teams, managing project plans and budgets, ensuring design control and risk management compliance (FDA QSR/ISO 13485), supervising testing and vendor interactions, mentoring engineers, and driving continuous improvement to commercialize orthobiologic medical products.

Execute supply chain solutions including supply planning, inventory management, backorder monitoring, and project management. Partner with cross-functional and supplier teams, develop analytics, dashboards and KPI reports, and take proactive actions to optimize inventory and deliveries. Support Customer Service and travel as needed.

Prepare and maintain regulatory product technical documentation (EU MDR, FDA 510(k)) for new and modified devices; support NPI and design reviews; collaborate with R&D and Quality; manage Oracle PLM entries, country codes, ECO changes, procedure packs, and respond to deficiencies. Role includes ~10% travel and cross-functional project work.

Ensure the medical device Quality Management System meets domestic and international regulations. Perform internal audits, support external audits, manage document control, maintain CAPA processes, administer QMS training via LMS, support eQMS and PLM tools, manage GUDID submissions, and drive continuous quality improvements across cross-functional teams.

Act as liaison between Quality, R&D and Regulatory during design and product lifecycle. Manage risk management, design validation, usability testing, regulatory submissions (CE/FDA), post-market surveillance, technical documentation, and support audits, procedures, and cross-functional product releases.

Partner with Territory Managers to promote bone growth therapies to physicians, payors, and distributors. Support accounts and patients within the Naples territory, assist with patient fittings, educational meetings, paperwork, HIPAA-covered order submission, and field patient calls. Frequent travel within the territory (~90%) and in-territory support are required.

The Design Engineer collaborates with teams to develop and modify designs for spine implants, utilizing CAD software and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include testing, documentation, and cross-functional team collaboration.
