Teams at Orthofix

Provides clinical, technical, and product support for medical navigation technologies across Northeast accounts. Advises surgeons and operating-room staff, leads installations, evaluations, demonstrations, and training, and supports cranial and spine procedures. Resolves product issues, gathers customer feedback, develops training materials, and partners with sales and cross-functional teams to grow accounts. Requires frequent nationwide travel, off-hours support, and strong knowledge of imaging, navigation, informatics, and hospital operating-room environments.

Provides field training, product education, sales coaching, and territory analysis for Orthofix bone growth stimulation devices. Supports sales representatives and distributors with physician and hospital account development, product certification, insurance and billing processes, order-to-cash coordination, and compliance. Acts as a technical expert on bone stimulation products, presents clinical data, collaborates with corporate teams, and travels approximately 50% across the western United States.

Promotes and sells bone growth therapy devices within an assigned territory. Builds relationships with physicians, hospitals, patients, payers, and distributors; develops accounts; trains medical personnel and patients; supports product implementation; resolves customer issues; prepares sales documentation; and achieves sales quotas. The role requires approximately 90% travel by car within the territory, along with product transport and customer-site support.
