Heavy travel and hands-on relationship marketing with training provided.

Provide daily IT operations and project management support including asset management, documentation, procurement, provisioning, imaging, onsite and remote support for builds/acquisitions, create and maintain runbooks in GRC, coordinate vendors, track project plans/milestones, prepare status reports, deliver training and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.

Build and maintain relationships with dentists to increase referrals through face-to-face meetings, lunch-and-learns, outreach campaigns, social media, gift programs, pipeline tracking, reporting, and competitive research. Support doctors with referral relationships and provide regular recaps, agendas, and territory reporting to management.
