The role requires strong communication, organization, independent scheduling, a valid driver’s license, and travel to assigned Wisconsin and Illinois locations.

Manage multi-site orthodontic expansion projects, including new location openings, room buildouts, and equipment installation. Define scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources; coordinate internal and external teams; mitigate risks; resolve issues; and communicate project status to stakeholders. Ensure deliverables meet company, operational, OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental board standards. The role is onsite in Des Plaines, Illinois, requires travel, and may offer limited remote work after 90 days.

Build and maintain referral relationships with current and prospective dentists across an assigned territory. Conduct face-to-face meetings, Lunch and Learns, outreach campaigns, and competitive research to increase referrals. Manage lead pipelines, report on territory activity, support doctors’ referral relationships, and prepare recaps, agendas, and timelines. The role is field-based, requiring travel to dental offices throughout Illinois and Indiana, with occasional Saturdays and holidays.

The Senior Accountant supervises accounting operations and financial close processes, prepares financial statements, manages general ledger activities and company credit card reconciliations, and maintains accounting policies and internal controls. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, compliance, and process improvement while providing guidance to bookkeeping and accounts payable staff. The position is based in Des Plaines, Illinois, with Monday-Friday hours and occasional Saturdays and holidays.

Oversee purchasing operations, inventory replenishment, and supply chain logistics across multi-site clinics. Lead supplier sourcing and negotiations, manage contracts and vendor performance, implement inventory management systems, audit inventory, partner with Finance on reporting, reduce costs and waste, and develop procurement KPIs and contingency plans.

Provide daily IT operations and project support including asset management, documentation, procurement, provisioning, imaging, onsite/remote support, and coordinating OEM/MSP projects. Manage project plans, runbooks, SLAs, vendor procurement, and training; travel to local and out-of-state sites and support IT deployments and migrations.

Conduct in-field market visits and neighborhood assessments to validate analytics, scout referral and partnership opportunities, research insurance and competitors, monitor practice acquisition leads, maintain databases, and provide field-based insights to support site selection and market expansion.
