Manage multi-site orthodontic expansion projects, including new location openings, room buildouts, and equipment installation. Define scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources; coordinate internal and external teams; mitigate risks; resolve issues; and communicate project status to stakeholders. Ensure deliverables meet company, operational, OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental board standards. The role is onsite in Des Plaines, Illinois, requires travel, and may offer limited remote work after 90 days.

Provides chairside assistance to orthodontists, prepares patients, takes radiographs and impressions, manages records, sterilizes instruments, performs aligner and bonding procedures, creates clear retainers, delivers orthodontic appliances, educates patients, and follows infection-control protocols. May travel to sister clinics, complete administrative tasks, and participate in marketing events.

Entry-level field-based coordinator building and maintaining relationships with dental offices and referral partners. Responsibilities include visiting offices, supporting Lunch & Learns and outreach events, tracking referral activity, coordinating marketing initiatives, sharing materials, and providing field feedback. The role requires strong communication, organization, schedule management, willingness to learn, a valid driver's license, and approximately 90–95% travel across assigned locations.
