Provide chair-side orthodontic support: prepare patients, take X‑rays and digital scans, sterilize instruments, assist with bonding/debonding, aligner procedures, fabricate retainers, update records, educate patients, perform lab tasks, travel to sister clinics as needed, and participate in marketing events.

Manage day-to-day clinic operations including staff supervision, scheduling, patient treatment/payment reviews, regulatory compliance, budgeting, reporting, training, supply/equipment ordering, facility upkeep, and participation in marketing events.

Build and maintain relationships with dentists to drive referrals: conduct face-to-face meetings, manage territory pipeline, monitor competitors, run outreach campaigns (email, social, gifts), support doctors in referral relationships, and produce reports, recaps, and competitive research.
