Provides administrative and operational support to business development leadership. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM and provider databases, organizing reports and market intelligence, coordinating meetings and travel logistics, preparing presentations and briefs, researching events and opportunities, tracking project deadlines, and monitoring data accuracy. The role is onsite, full-time, and includes approximately 10% travel.

Oversee purchasing operations, inventory replenishment, and supply chain logistics across multi-site clinics. Lead supplier sourcing and negotiations, manage contracts and vendor performance, implement inventory management systems, audit inventory, partner with Finance on reporting, reduce costs and waste, and develop procurement KPIs and contingency plans.

Supervise accounting operations and financial close processes, prepare financial statements, manage reconciliations and general ledger entries, maintain accounting policies and internal controls, and support budgeting and forecasting. The role also guides bookkeeping and accounts payable staff, manages multi-entity credit card programs, ensures regulatory compliance, and identifies process improvements.
