The Senior Accountant supervises accounting operations and financial close processes, prepares financial statements, manages general ledger activities and company credit card reconciliations, and maintains accounting policies and internal controls. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, compliance, and process improvement while providing guidance to bookkeeping and accounts payable staff. The position is based in Des Plaines, Illinois, with Monday-Friday hours and occasional Saturdays and holidays.

Provides chairside orthodontic assistance, prepares patients, takes radiographs and impressions, supports bonding, debonding, aligner, retainer, and appliance procedures, maintains patient records, sterilizes instruments, educates patients on oral hygiene, and follows infection-control protocols. The role also includes administrative duties during clinic travel and participation in marketing events.

Provides chairside support during orthodontic procedures, prepares patients, takes radiographs and impressions, updates records, educates patients, sterilizes instruments, and performs aligner, bonding, debonding, retainer, expander, and scanning procedures. May complete administrative duties when traveling to sister clinics and participate in marketing events.
