Manage day-to-day HR functions including HRIS maintenance, recruiting and onboarding, employee records and compliance (I-9/E-Verify), training assignment and audits, badge/parking coordination, benefits/immunization tracking, and supporting employee experience and documentation. Partner with IT and leadership to ensure smooth new-hire orientation and offboarding processes.

Join a multi-physician orthopedic group as a board-certified/eligible rheumatologist providing outpatient and infusion-based rheumatology care. Collaborate with orthopedic specialists and on-site ancillary services, use advanced EMR/PACS systems, manage a robust patient panel, participate in value-based initiatives, and pursue partnership track and professional development benefits.

Verify patient insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations for procedures. Provide estimates, educate patients on coverage limits, coordinate with billing and clinical teams, respond to authorization and benefit requests, and collect deposits when needed while delivering patient-centered customer service.

Provide rheumatology patient care within a multidisciplinary orthopedic group, including outpatient clinics and infusion services. Collaborate with physicians and on-site ancillary teams, use EMR/PACS systems, support community outreach and value-based care initiatives, and participate in professional development and quality improvement.

Provide orthopedic and surgical patient care under physician supervision: conduct exams, order/interpret tests, prescribe, triage, document care, first assist in surgeries, perform procedures (injections, suturing), respond to emergencies, and participate in clinic and rounding duties.

Manage day-to-day revenue cycle operations, supervise and develop billing staff, ensure timely claims submission/payment posting, oversee coding, AR follow-up, pre-authorizations, refunds, and compliance; report KPIs to Director and drive process improvements.

Manage and oversee the durable medical equipment (DME) program: enforce safety protocols, perform risk assessments, manage inventory and authorization processes, train staff, resolve patient equipment issues, monitor data and processes, manage spend agreements and collaborate with stakeholders to improve DME operations.

Provide front-desk patient support including answering phones, scheduling appointments, insurance verification and prior authorizations, data entry, collecting co-pays, coordinating with billing and other departments, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Provides rheumatology patient care under physician supervision: conducts exams, orders and interprets tests, prescribes medications, gives injections, triages calls, documents care, monitors therapies, and oversees infusion services.
