Provides back-office onboarding and transition support for wealth management teams, including account paperwork, asset transfers, signatures, account maintenance, servicing inquiries, status tracking, office setup logistics, training, and process improvement. Works independently with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely client onboarding and operational support.

Provides frontline client support through phone, chat, and case channels. Resolves basic workflow, navigation, feature, and data questions; documents cases in Salesforce; manages priority and aged cases; and guides clients through platform processes. The role emphasizes first-contact resolution, schedule adherence, quality service metrics, ongoing platform certifications, troubleshooting, escalation, and collaboration with internal teams to improve documentation and client outcomes.

Provides proactive relationship support and service to financial advisors through phone, email, and chat. Resolves requests, supports trade processing and account management, guides platform adoption, delivers training, addresses documentation issues, and coordinates with internal teams. Uses approved AI tools to research inquiries, summarize interactions, improve workflows, and identify advisor needs while validating outputs and protecting sensitive information. Maintains regulatory compliance, service quality, productivity, and advisor satisfaction in a hybrid, high-risk financial environment.
