Assist senior portfolio managers in managing quantitatively-driven equity portfolios through portfolio construction, monitoring performance and risk, researching alpha signals and factor models, presenting results to stakeholders and clients, and supporting development of new strategies and other investment-related tasks.

Manage day-to-day HR operations across benefits, leave, accommodations, compliance, and payroll partnerships. Lead and coach a small team, own complex leave and accommodation cases, run open enrollment, maintain plan documents and regulatory filings, partner with brokers/carriers, analyze utilization and operational data, and drive process improvements to ensure compliant, timely, and employee-centered service.

The Platform Support Associate provides frontline support for client inquiries via phone and chat, focuses on guiding clients through workflows, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining documentation and service metrics.
