Teams at Orion

Provides frontline client support through phone, chat, and case channels. Resolves basic workflow, platform navigation, feature, and data questions; documents cases in Salesforce; manages priority and aged cases; and seeks first-contact resolution. The role requires maintaining support coverage, meeting service metrics, learning Orion or Redtail platforms, completing certifications, escalating issues appropriately, and identifying documentation or workflow improvements. This is a hybrid position requiring at least three onsite days weekly.

Develops investment strategies, product selections, asset allocation recommendations, and portfolio proposals for advisors and clients. Reviews portfolios, creates analytics and market content, supports due diligence, provides investment guidance, and assists with client-facing presentations. Requires knowledge of capital markets and investment vehicles, strong communication skills, a bachelor’s degree, relevant securities licenses, and at least three years of investment industry experience.
