Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable enterprise software while integrating AI-assisted workflows. Mentor engineers, ensure code quality and security, build test automation, operate full software lifecycle, evaluate and introduce AI tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact product features.

Provide consultative technical support for the Advisor Portal, troubleshooting proposals, account opening/maintenance, onboarding, DocuSign workflows, and trading-related issues. Respond via phone, email, chat, Salesforce cases, and consultations; document findings, follow escalation paths, and collaborate with Product, Development, Onboarding, and Operations to resolve defects and improve workflows. Mentor peers and contribute to enablement and documentation.

Provide day-to-day technical support and onboarding for Summit clients on the Orion platform. Troubleshoot access, reporting, and custom experience issues, escalate complex problems, create training materials, collaborate with onboarding and product teams, gather client feedback, and help manage client projects and stakeholder relationships.
