Operate and maintain engines, motors, and onboard equipment on a dredge. Inspect machinery, stand engine-room watches, perform repairs, maintain logbooks and parts inventory, monitor fuel and gauges, train crew, correct safety issues, and support regulatory and company safety programs. Work closely with Chief Engineer and Captains and obtain Tankerman license within one year. Schedule: 2 weeks on / 1 week off, 12-hour days.

Perform routine oiling, greasing, inspection, and basic repair of engines, motors, and machinery aboard the dredge. Monitor gauges, maintain engine-room logs, use hand/power tools, correct safety issues, and support Chief/2nd Engineer. Work 12-hour days on a 2-weeks-on/1-week-off rotation and participate in safety/environmental compliance.

Perform general deck duties on a dredge under close supervision: handle mooring and towing lines, rig cables, load/unload materials, maintain and clean equipment and vessel, serve as lookout/watch, follow safety procedures, complete required safety training, and work 12-hour shifts on a 2-weeks-on/1-week-off rotation.

Supervises project QA/QC implementation during construction. Maintains quality records, audits, and QC plans; reviews materials and equipment; creates inspection documents, punch lists, and reports; leads QA/QC meetings; tracks deficiencies; and develops corrective actions to improve project quality and compliance.

Smooths and finishes poured concrete for floors, sidewalks, curbs, and roads using hand and power tools. Aligns forms, cuts expansion joints, patches defects, mixes concrete, operates trowels and mixers, maintains equipment, and follows safety and confidentiality procedures.

Develop and maintain client relationships, identify new project opportunities, coordinate proposal and pre-qualification processes, present proposals, negotiate contracts, track bids, collaborate with operations and estimators, support marketing and safety compliance, and perform related administrative duties.

Install and secure reinforcing steel (rebar/mesh) in concrete forms for building projects. Load/unload and carry long rebar, place and tie bars with wire and pliers, mark, cut, and use rod-bending machines, blowtorches, and hand tools. Maintain tools and follow safety, PPE, and confidentiality requirements. Requires physical ability to lift, climb, stoop, kneel, and work in varying site/weather conditions.

Smooths, levels, and finishes poured concrete for floors, sidewalks, curbs, and similar structures using hand and power tools; aligns forms, patches defects, cuts joints, operates mixing and finishing equipment, and follows safety and quality procedures.

Lead marine heavy-civil projects from bidding through closeout: estimate costs, procure materials, schedule and oversee field crews, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, negotiate contracts/change orders, and manage project profitability and client relations.

Support project delivery for marine construction projects by preparing bid packages, procuring materials/subcontractors, tracking costs and schedules, interpreting plans, interfacing with field teams, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Manage marine construction projects including bidding, estimating, procurement, scheduling, oversight, contract negotiation, cost control, and safety compliance. Interface with superintendents, foremen, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely, profitable project completion and closeout.

Prepare billings, progress reports, close-outs, and train/project-manage project engineers while ensuring compliance with plans and company standards.
