Load/unload and carry rebar, tie bars, mark for cutting, operate rod-bending machines and hand tools, maintain equipment, follow safety procedures, and perform related tasks. Work is physical, on-site, may include long shifts, weekends, and varying weather conditions.

Lead marine heavy-civil projects from bidding through closeout: estimate costs, procure materials, schedule and oversee field crews, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, negotiate contracts/change orders, and manage project profitability and client relations.

Aligns and sets forms, spreads and levels concrete, molds joints and edges, patches defects, mixes concrete, and operates/maintains finishing equipment. Signals drivers, performs subgrade and repair work, applies finishes (broom, colored aggregates), and follows all safety, compliance, and confidentiality procedures.

Lead heavy civil/marine construction projects including bidding, estimating, procurement, scheduling, cost control, contract negotiations, and project oversight. Manage superintendents and site teams, ensure safety and environmental compliance, interface with clients and suppliers, and drive projects to timely, profitable completion. Perform related administrative duties and travel to job sites as required.

Provide accounting and financial reporting support for construction projects, including month-end and year-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, SEC filings, ASC 842 lease accounting, ASC 606 revenue recognition, SOX compliance, audit support, and ad hoc analyses to assist accounting leadership.
