Finishes poured concrete surfaces for floors, walkways, roads, curbs, foundations, and related structures. Responsibilities include directing concrete placement, spreading and leveling concrete, smoothing and shaping surfaces, forming expansion joints, patching defects, applying specialty finishes, repairing existing concrete, operating finishing and mixing equipment, and maintaining tools. The role also requires adherence to safety procedures and the ability to perform physically demanding activities.

Supports marine and heavy civil construction projects from estimating and procurement through field execution and closeout. Responsibilities include cost tracking, forecasting, scheduling, subcontractor procurement, bid package development, plan and specification interpretation, field coordination, RFIs, submittals, change documentation, quantity tracking, and safety compliance. The role is field-oriented, requires extended out-of-town travel, and offers progression toward Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager responsibilities.

Operate and maintain engines, motors, and onboard equipment on a dredge. Inspect machinery, stand engine-room watches, perform repairs, maintain logbooks and parts inventory, monitor fuel and gauges, train crew, correct safety issues, and support regulatory and company safety programs. Work closely with Chief Engineer and Captains and obtain Tankerman license within one year. Schedule: 2 weeks on / 1 week off, 12-hour days.
