Develops and maintains Power BI reporting solutions for business and regional needs. Integrates data from databases, APIs, files, and cloud services; documents data models and ETL processes; manages report access; supports users; and provides technical support. The role also evaluates BI technologies, translates business needs into enhancements, and enables data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Supports global and Finnish compensation and benefits programs through analytics, benchmarking, reporting, job evaluation, performance management, and process implementation. Translates complex data into recommendations, collaborates with HR, Finance, managers, and external partners, and ensures accurate recurring reporting. Requires Finnish and English fluency, advanced Excel and presentation skills, and knowledge of Finnish collective agreements is advantageous. A pre-employment medical examination, drug test, and security clearance are required.

Develop and maintain Semarchy xDM master data solutions, including data models, workflows, match/merge rules, quality validations, integrations, and governance processes. Focus initially on product and business partner data, expanding to reference, finance, and asset domains. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, support stewardship and issue resolution, and provide technical guidance while ensuring data quality, lineage, and compliance.
