Supports day-to-day venue operations across multiple locations, including operational standards, workflows, readiness, vendor coordination, project tracking, financial reporting, budgeting, SOP documentation, process improvement, and administrative support. Partners with site leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain consistent, efficient, compliant, and guest-ready experiences. The role also supports hiring, onboarding, scheduling, travel logistics, and weekend onsite operations.

Supports local marketing campaigns for The FRIENDS Experience in Las Vegas through media placement verification, market research, promotional activities, concierge and tourism outreach, event hosting, vendor coordination, and activation logistics. The role represents the brand at industry events, gathers market intelligence, supports direct-to-consumer promotions, and serves as the local point of contact for the marketing team. It requires flexible scheduling, independent work, strong communication, adaptability, and at least two years of relevant experience.
