Leads strategic marketing programs and cross-functional projects from planning through execution. Coordinates Marketing, Sales, Software Development, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders; manages timelines, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and accountability. Supports software launches, customer engagement, sales enablement, events, partner development, and strategic initiatives. Establishes reporting to measure program performance and business impact while providing competitive intelligence and recommendations for improvement.

Leads growth marketing, demand generation, lead nurturing, customer engagement, and revenue-focused initiatives. Develops multichannel campaigns, lead-scoring models, customer journeys, event strategies, and automated workflows. Conducts prospect discovery calls, qualifies leads, partners with Sales on handoffs, manages marketing automation and CRM systems, and analyzes campaign performance, conversion, pipeline, and ROI data to optimize growth.

Manage accounts receivable and credit operations in a B2B environment, including invoicing, collections, credit evaluations, credit limits, payment terms, lien documentation, reporting, and cash-flow improvement. Resolve customer billing issues, negotiate repayment plans, assess credit risk, support monthly close, ensure policy compliance, and implement process improvements to reduce bad debt.

Serve as primary business partner for an assigned dealer portfolio to drive revenue growth, retention, product and software adoption. Generate outbound sales, qualify leads, expand accounts through upsell/cross-sell, coordinate onboarding and training, manage pipelines/CRM reporting, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to grow market share and resolve customer issues.

Load, unload, stack, and inspect products across melamine, weld fabrication, powder coating, and assembly areas. Float between production areas, maintain productivity, and perform quality inspections. Must lift up to 60 pounds and perform basic reading, writing, and math.

Develop and grow independent dealer and builder partnerships across the Western U.S.; sell products and programs to single-family and multifamily markets; build relationships with owners, architects, contractors, and dealers; perform territory planning and regular in-market travel to acquire and manage accounts.

Lead strategic sales for national accounts across Single Family and Multifamily segments. Build executive relationships, drive revenue growth, negotiate contracts, coordinate with Sales/Marketing/Dealers, support forecasting and pipeline management, represent the company at industry events, and expand product specifications and dealer partnerships.
