Administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, develop Power BI dashboards and data models, integrate data across business systems, and establish data governance practices. Partner with cross-functional teams to define metrics, deliver actionable insights, automate workflows, improve business processes, maintain data quality, and support technology initiatives and system enhancements.

Leads growth marketing initiatives focused on demand generation, lead nurturing, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Develops multichannel campaigns, marketing automation workflows, lead-scoring programs, customer journeys, and event strategies. Conducts initial prospect discovery calls, qualifies opportunities, and partners with Sales to improve lead handoffs. Manages CRM and marketing technology, analyzes campaign performance, optimizes digital experiences, and reports on pipeline, conversion, lead quality, and marketing ROI.

Develop and manage dealer and builder relationships across the Western United States. Responsibilities include acquiring new partners, growing existing accounts, educating customers on storage products and technology platforms, and building relationships with owners, architects, contractors, builders, and installing dealers. The role requires territory planning, strategic selling, account management, business development, and frequent in-market travel throughout the region.
