Lead OECD corporate operations (Digital, Conferences, Security/Infrastructure, HR) as a senior executive. Develop and implement strategy, drive operational efficiency, oversee large multidisciplinary teams, manage Programme of Work and Budget, build cross-organisational partnerships, and represent DCO externally while promoting ethical, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

OECD Internship Programme places full-time students in policy and corporate teams to conduct research, analyse data, draft documents, support events, and liaise with stakeholders. Interns contribute to studies, prepare technical annexes, and participate in meetings while developing analytical and communication skills in an international environment.

Support WISE Centre communications, events and fundraising: implement promotional activities and social media, draft communications materials, maintain web/newsletter content, coordinate partnerships outreach, and manage logistics for the OECD World Forum on Well-being and other events.

Conduct cross-country and single-country economic and econometric analyses, contribute to semi-annual forecasts, draft reports and policy papers, liaise with governments and international organisations, disseminate and represent ECO’s work, and collaborate with data scientists and statisticians on empirical research.

Lead and contribute to OECD-DAC peer reviews and mid-term reviews by conducting research and evidence-based policy analysis, drafting reports with recommendations, supporting missions and stakeholder engagement, producing peer-learning outputs, and liaising with DAC delegates and member officials to promote effective development co-operation.

Support OECD Jobs and Income Division by analysing tax-benefit systems, updating and validating the TaxBEN model, simulating reforms, liaising with national experts, drafting reports, and maintaining dissemination and data infrastructure.

Develop and execute social media content and editorial plans across platforms; draft and schedule posts; create multimedia content and campaigns; monitor analytics and improve performance; share best practices and provide training; coordinate with design, video and policy teams to amplify OECD outputs and engagement.

Provide communications and administrative support: prepare and format publications, maintain the FATF website, create digital and social media content, support events/webinars and media enquiries, monitor impact metrics, and assist with communications guidance and IT/platform access.

Coordinate and deliver the Clean Energy Transitions Programme for MENA: programme planning, event organisation, monitoring regional political/economic energy developments, preparing analysis and briefings, communications and outreach, and liaising with partner governments, donors and international organisations.

Lead legal and governance support for ISRP committees and stakeholders, providing senior legal advice on pensions, remuneration and institutional rules; oversee drafting/review of legal instruments and committee documentation; manage data protection, dispute-related work, cross-unit coordination and the Units staff, ensuring timely, clear bilingual (English/French) advice and high-quality secretariat services.
