Design and develop FATF e-learning, blended, and in-person training materials for global public officials. Apply learning theory, Agile, and ADDIE methods to create interactive content including videos, quizzes, simulations, storyboards, and branching activities. Manage quality assurance, assessments, monitoring, and evaluation; analyze learner data to improve materials. Collaborate with international stakeholders and subject-matter experts, with occasional graphic design support for publications and communications.

Coordinates pension payroll administration across client organisations, validates payroll calculations, oversees complex cases, and ensures compliance, quality, reconciliations, and audit readiness. Provides technical guidance and training, liaises with payroll providers and stakeholders, supports system testing and regulatory changes, and leads process improvements, business continuity, and operational resilience initiatives.

Lead the PARIS21 Secretariat’s strategy, programme delivery, partnerships, advocacy, resource mobilisation, budget, and multicultural team. Represent PARIS21 and the OECD in high-level international forums, strengthen statistical capacity development in low- and lower-middle-income countries, and advance evidence-based policymaking, data readiness, and national statistical planning. The role requires senior diplomatic leadership, donor engagement, oversight of externally funded programmes, and frequent international travel.

OECD Internship Programme places full-time students in policy and corporate teams to conduct research, analyse data, draft documents, support events, and liaise with stakeholders. Interns contribute to studies, prepare technical annexes, and participate in meetings while developing analytical and communication skills in an international environment.
