Lead OECD corporate operations (Digital, Conferences, Security/Infrastructure, HR) as a senior executive. Develop and implement strategy, drive operational efficiency, oversee large multidisciplinary teams, manage Programme of Work and Budget, build cross-organisational partnerships, and represent DCO externally while promoting ethical, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

OECD Internship Programme places full-time students in policy and corporate teams to conduct research, analyse data, draft documents, support events, and liaise with stakeholders. Support the Blue Dot Network Secretariat by mapping and engaging stakeholders, developing and executing integrated communications and outreach plans, producing content (blogs, newsletters, social, web, briefs), maintaining the website, coordinating events and partnerships, tracking outreach metrics, and aligning all activities with OECD editorial rules and GOV communications teams.

Lead the Governance Indicators and Performance Division, overseeing data, indicators, analysis and flagship publications; represent OECD externally; manage budget, staff and partnerships; drive policy-relevant evidence on governance, digital government, public sector innovation, AI and trust.

Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis of energy trends and policies for Southeast Asia, focusing on renewable scale-up, power system integration, energy technology and supply chains. Supervise report preparation, develop policy recommendations, engage stakeholders and partners, deliver capacity-building and outreach, and translate technical analysis into accessible briefings for policymakers and decision-makers.

Support senior analysts in education research and policy advice: identify research gaps, analyse survey/assessment data, draft policy documents and assessment frameworks, design research tools and questionnaires, support RCTs, organise stakeholder events, liaise with national administrations and experts, and coordinate contractors.

Provide secretariat support to the Governing Board and daily administrative coordination for the Office of Legal Counsel. Liaise with board leadership, monitor board deliverables, draft/review communications, research institutional records, and ensure smooth office operations, document formatting and use of OECD systems.

Lead and supervise policy-relevant economic analyses and drafting, manage projects and junior staff, liaise with governments and stakeholders, organise outreach and events, and contribute to fundraising and financial management for the Centre's programme of work.

Support analysis of OECD visibility and influence across media, digital and AI-mediated environments. Monitor LLM referrals and bot-driven traffic, develop AI-era metrics (GEO), analyse publication citations and performance, prepare media intelligence products, and maintain reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI) integrating traditional and emerging AI indicators.
