Teams at Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)

Lead the PARIS21 Secretariat’s strategy, programme delivery, partnerships, advocacy, resource mobilisation, budget, and multicultural team. Represent PARIS21 and the OECD in high-level international forums, strengthen statistical capacity development in low- and lower-middle-income countries, and advance evidence-based policymaking, data readiness, and national statistical planning. The role requires senior diplomatic leadership, donor engagement, oversight of externally funded programmes, and frequent international travel.

Collects, manages, validates, analyzes, and disseminates international economic and statistical data. Responsibilities include developing reproducible data workflows, maintaining statistical databases, applying advanced analytical methods, preparing publications and reports, creating data visualizations, documenting methodologies, and supporting policy research. The role also develops statistical programs using R, Python, Stata, and related tools while coordinating with national and international statistical agencies.

Conduct capital-markets data and policy analysis for the OECD. Responsibilities include managing financial databases, developing indicators, applying statistical and econometric methods, monitoring market developments, preparing briefings for senior management, presenting findings, and engaging with governments, experts, businesses, and international organizations.
