Collaborates on real-world projects while building practical skills in SQL, analytics, and business intelligence under mentorship.

Provide global end-user IT support across macOS and Windows, including device provisioning, MDM, patching, SaaS administration, identity and access management, onboarding, asset tracking, infrastructure support, and security incident triage. Manage tickets, vendors, licenses, documentation, and assigned IT projects while identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.

Manages global accounts payable operations across multiple entities, including invoice processing, GL coding, approvals, vendor onboarding, payment runs, expense reviews, month-end close, tax reporting, audits, and vendor issue resolution. Leads and develops the AP team, establishes KPIs, and improves processes through automation, ERP enhancements, OCR, and workflow optimization.
