Build and enhance UK power market forecasts and price models using optimisation and dispatch simulations; collect and maintain large datasets; develop tools for data management and reporting; work with clients to create customised analytics and present findings in meetings.

Support end-to-end onboarding/offboarding, maintain HRIS and employee records, assist payroll backup, prepare people metrics and dashboards, coordinate performance management documentation, and support employee engagement and culture initiatives.

As an Account Director, you will implement sales strategies and engage clients in the energy transition sector while achieving sales quotas.
