Lead assessment and modernization of a complex enterprise data environment, including SQL Server, SSIS, data warehouses, reporting systems, and legacy platforms. Define the target enterprise data platform architecture and transformation roadmap, optimize data models and ETL processes, evaluate cloud technologies, and establish data governance foundations. Provide architectural guidance, drive technical decisions, collaborate with BI and data engineering teams, and oversee transformation delivery. Regular travel to the client’s Istanbul location may be required.

Design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI and machine learning solutions at scale. Build reliable ML systems, manage model lifecycles, develop data and feature pipelines, and solve complex business problems through data-driven approaches. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, communicate concepts clearly, and support international consulting projects across multiple industries. Preferred experience includes LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and customer-facing AI delivery.

Design, build, and improve LLM-based and RAG solutions, internal chatbot and conversational AI products. Work with structured and unstructured data, embeddings, and vector search. Optimize retrieval, prompts, model selection, and evaluation. Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams and contribute to scalable, secure generative AI architectures.

Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot existing SSIS- and Python-based ETL pipelines; support and migrate processes to a cloud-based Data Lakehouse; ensure reliable daily data integration; collaborate with Data Architect and BI teams; drive assigned tasks to completion and propose improvements.

Design and document enterprise data architecture (conceptual, logical, physical), select storage solutions (warehouses, lakes, ODS), build ETL pipelines, ensure data quality and security, evaluate new data technologies, and collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and analysts to meet business data needs.
