Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related technical roles.
- Good hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications, including deploying solutions to production environments.
- Experience deploying and serving LLMs in cloud, private cloud, or on-premise environments.
- Understanding of how to design scalable AI applications that handle increasing user traffic and maintain acceptable response times.
- Basic understanding of GPU-based LLM inference, including GPU memory usage, latency, throughput, and concurrency.
- Familiarity with LLM inference optimization techniques such as quantization, batching, caching, and model selection.
- Experience with open-source models and at least one LLM serving technology, such as Hugging Face, vLLM, NVIDIA Triton, or a comparable framework.
- Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Practical experience building RAG-based applications, including document processing, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval quality improvement.
- Understanding of model selection and routing techniques for choosing the appropriate model for different tasks.
- Experience developing AI workflows using agents, tool calling, or integration with external systems.
- Good Python programming skills and familiarity with software engineering practices, including API development, testing, Git, and CI/CD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate technical alternatives and contribute to production-ready AI solutions.

Skills Required
