Create and publish social-first content, manage creator and influencer partnerships, grow online communities, identify trends, deliver campaigns, and use audience insights to improve performance. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, agencies, and employee advocates to communicate Ordnance Survey’s products, services, and purpose across social platforms. Content may include mapping, data, technology, event, and campaign stories.

Lead Ordnance Survey’s AI Accelerator, overseeing AI programme design, rapid prototyping, production-grade software development, and transition to scalable solutions. Explore LLMs, agentic systems, and orchestration frameworks while identifying responsible AI opportunities and risks. Mentor participants, build organisational capability, engage product and technology stakeholders, and communicate outcomes to senior leadership. The role requires technical leadership, strong software engineering, AI governance knowledge, and experience delivering impactful AI initiatives.

Lead Ordnance Survey’s enterprise resilience capability, including business continuity, crisis management, incident response, preparedness, exercising, and resilience testing. Develop the resilience roadmap, support executives during incidents, engage government bodies and critical partners, and build organization-wide resilience through training, coaching, and continuous improvement.
