Manage the in‑life NUAR service: gather user insight, own the roadmap, prioritise and coordinate service enhancements across customer, technology and operations teams to improve adoption, performance and stability.

Create and maintain technical docs for products and APIs, define taxonomy and metadata, embed standards with stakeholders, and use data and feedback to identify gaps and improve user journeys.

Design, implement and extend automated tests and frameworks for back-end and big-data pipelines. Validate data quality, analyse data transformations, contribute testing best practices in agile teams, mentor colleagues, and support live services and organisational testing standards.

Lead vision, product strategy and delivery for a portfolio of digital services. Align Product, Technology, Data and Customer teams, own roadmap and performance, remove delivery blockers, and build a high-performing product team to drive commercial value, continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
