Design agent-facing digital products that simplify real estate transactions, including product selection, deal pipelines, and next-action workflows. Partner with product, engineering, and design leadership from discovery through launch and iteration. Prototype working flows with Claude, Codex, or Cursor, validate concepts through agent research and testing, analyze data, and prepare validated designs in Figma for production.

Lead a team of 30–50 real estate agents in the Greater Houston area. Recruit, mentor, coach, and support agents while helping them meet production goals and deliver excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include building team performance, developing agent skills, supporting transactions, and leveraging Orchard’s products, appointments, marketing resources, and partner services to close more deals.

Lead a team of 30–50 real estate agents by recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and supporting their growth and production. Help agents deliver strong customer experiences, meet sales targets, and close transactions using Orchard’s products, services, marketing support, pricing tools, and transaction coordination. The role is commission-only, with income based on team production and additional revenue opportunities.

Perform high-volume Remote Online Notarization (RON) closings—primarily HELOC loan packages. Verify signer identity, review packages for completeness, catch errors pre-funding, maintain a high daily signing pace, escalate issues per procedure, and complete package-specific training.
