Own day-to-day NYC office operations and serve as first contact for employees, guests, vendors. Coordinate IT/building/vendor issues, manage onboarding and offboarding, maintain HRIS data, support employee lifecycle tasks, address employee questions, and plan employee events to drive engagement.

The Associate General Counsel will manage legal issues in commercial and regulatory areas, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance across various business lines while building stakeholder relationships and contributing to company growth.
