Lead end-to-end technical strategy, solution architecture, and delivery for Orbis's international and commercial programs. Drive proposals, architect reusable enterprise-scale platforms, oversee implementation and sustainment, mentor technical teams, manage program budgets and client relationships, and represent Orbis in international engagements. Ensure alignment across product, delivery, and business development while advancing automation, AI/data capabilities, and secure deployments.

Serve as a high-trust strategic partner to Federal Intel leadership: lead cross-functional initiatives, translate strategy into executable plans, produce decision-ready briefings, manage operating cadence and communications, surface risks, support talent and HR processes, and maintain intel-specific repositories to ensure organizational alignment and execution.

Lead capture strategy and proposal development for IC opportunities, author compliant proposals and marketing materials, coordinate color team reviews, leverage AI/tools to improve efficiency, analyze competitive intelligence, and serve as primary capture contact while working from a classified office and coordinating with stakeholders.

Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems based on requirements. Design, code, debug, integrate software, document and test components, and develop data queries. Provide recommendations to improve processes and support system-level design decisions.

Assess and analyze complex network architectures and traffic (LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN/SAN), use Wireshark/PCAP and NMS tools to identify vulnerabilities and patterns, document diagrams and findings, brief stakeholders, and rapidly learn new protocols to support network stability and security evaluations.

Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure. Implement networking, VMs, IaC, and configuration management. Integrate Azure infrastructure into CI/CD pipelines, automate provisioning with DevOps/GitHub Actions, and enforce security/compliance with security teams. Provide Windows Server administration and support enterprise cloud initiatives.

Design, train, fine-tune, deploy, and monitor Large Language Models for government mission applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure data preprocessing and model performance, present findings to stakeholders, and mentor junior data scientists.

Lead and operate the Mission Support Desk: manage a team, design scalable support processes and SOPs, build and maintain agentic AI workflows and integrations, produce recurring reports and metrics, and troubleshoot systems to ensure high-quality, timely support for employees and external clients.

Lead full-lifecycle integration delivery for sensors, C2, and operational feeds across on-prem and cloud environments. Perform continuous customer technical discovery, design and build custom connectors, manage platform orchestration, deploy and validate integrations in theater, triage cross-system failures, mentor engineers, and contribute integration patterns and runbooks. Frequent international travel and operation in constrained/defense environments required.

Provide senior-level intelligence advice: conduct capability, gap, risk, and solutions analyses; develop doctrine and policy; design modeling and simulation approaches; analyze data and brief senior leaders; create requirements processes; facilitate large working groups; support recruiting, mentoring, and business development; and operate in austere overseas environments with extended rotational travel.

Design, implement, deploy, and validate data connectors and integration plugins for defense-related sources. Participate in customer discovery, configure platform nodes using Ansible/Helm, triage integration issues, and support international deployments and documentation under Senior IE guidance.
