Serve as a high-trust strategic partner to Federal Intel leadership: lead cross-functional initiatives, translate strategy into executable plans, produce decision-ready briefings, manage operating cadence and communications, surface risks, support talent and HR processes, and maintain intel-specific repositories to ensure organizational alignment and execution.

Coordinate with BD/capture teams and SMEs, manage version control, format submissions, support color team reviews, leverage AI tools, and implement process improvements to mitigate proposal risks.
