Write, edit, and format persuasive, compliant proposals (RFPs, RFIs, white papers) for federal/Intelligence Community contracts. Manage RFP lifecycle, version control, content libraries, and color team reviews. Collaborate with capture managers and SMEs, apply CUI requirements, use proposal tools/SharePoint, and leverage AI to improve quality and efficiency.

Lead research design, data collection, and analysis to evaluate strategic communications for an Intelligence Community customer. Design surveys, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, build visualizations, produce reports and brief senior leaders, and generate operational recommendations to improve program delivery and mission outcomes.

Lead program planning, evaluation, and implementation of recommendations for a US Intelligence Community client. Design and execute research, develop performance measures, collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, produce reports and visual briefings, and brief senior leadership. Perform all-source intelligence research, stakeholder coordination, and support process improvement and training recommendations. Support adoption and implementation of findings and interact with senior and cross-functional stakeholders. May require overseas travel.
