Manage the Microsoft 365 tenant and Entra ID lifecycle, enforce security/compliance, administer endpoints across Mac and Windows using Intune and Jamf Pro, run enrollment workflows, handle asset lifecycle, and provide end-to-end employee IT support including onboarding/offboarding, documentation, and daily use of Claude to accelerate work.
