Leads the design, development, testing, manufacturing support, and lifecycle management of spacecraft electrical hardware for electric propulsion systems. Responsibilities include architecture and requirements definition, schematic and PCB development, component selection, environmental qualification, failure investigations, documentation, risk-reduction testing, and design-for-manufacture/test. The role also mentors engineers, collaborates with manufacturing and analysts, supports test equipment and fixturing development, and guides products through production.

Manage all accounting functions (AP, AR, payroll, GL), lead month-end close, ensure US GAAP compliance, perform manufacturing cost analysis, prepare financial reports and bank reconciliations, support audits, implement policies and process improvements.

Design, prototype, and test electric propulsion subsystems; develop and manage system requirements and product roadmaps; lead technical investigations and qualification efforts; build and execute development and production test systems; collect and report test data; mentor and manage junior engineers.

Design and develop spacecraft electronic hardware from concept through production: schematic capture, PCB layout, parts selection, testing (qualification and acceptance), failure investigation, and collaboration with manufacturing and analysis teams to ensure high-reliability designs.

Design, build, and maintain data collection, storage, and full‑stack applications for manufacturing and test data. Implement CI/CD, APIs, databases, and deployment architecture; support internal users and test teams; mentor junior developers and follow software best practices.

Lead design, testing, and production activities for spacecraft electric propulsion systems. Perform engineering design, test campaigns, requirement verification, supplier coordination, data analysis, and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design and develop electrical test hardware, fixtures, cable harnesses, and PCBs; create and validate automated and manual electrical tests; troubleshoot hardware, communications, and system-level issues; develop integrated systems using fieldbus and Ethernet protocols; produce wiring diagrams, documentation, and participate in design reviews and product validation for space-flight avionics and power systems.

Lead and grow a multi-discipline engineering organization (~30 engineers). Develop technical strategy and roadmaps with the CTO, manage program execution, resource planning, cross-functional transitions to production, performance expectations, training, and reporting to executive leadership.
