Design and develop spacecraft electronic hardware from concept through production: schematic capture, PCB layout, parts selection, testing (qualification and acceptance), failure investigation, and collaboration with manufacturing and analysis teams to ensure high-reliability designs.

Oversee assigned production areas, improve and troubleshoot manufacturing processes, coordinate technical development and MRP scheduling, track program status and financials, support cross-functional project execution, and liaise with customers/vendors. Participate in corrective actions and ensure programs meet commitments.

Lead design and development of spacecraft propulsion modules, manage cross-functional engineering teams, interface with customers and sales, oversee schedules, budgets, testing, and documentation, mentor junior engineers, identify and mitigate technical risks, and ensure successful program delivery.

Lead day-to-day manufacturing and test operations, manage engineering and technician staff, oversee production planning (MRP/ERP), ensure quality and safety, analyze data for process improvements, coordinate cross-functional teams, present production status, and mitigate risks to meet build schedules.

Support manufacturing quality in an aerospace production environment: manage non-conformances, audits (AS9100/ISO-9001), QA documentation, metrics, corrective actions, FMEA, and continual improvement while collaborating with design, manufacturing, and suppliers.

Lead cross-functional teams to launch and sustain large-scale manufacturing programs. Develop executable MRP schedules, specify and install equipment, create CAD/CAM drawings, perform FMEA, process control plans and GD&T, manage program status/financials, troubleshoot production issues, communicate with customers/vendors, and ensure hand-off to operations.

Design, prototype, and test electric propulsion subsystems; develop and manage system requirements and product roadmaps; lead technical investigations and qualification efforts; build and execute development and production test systems; collect and report test data; mentor and manage junior engineers.
