Leads fluidics engineering for spacecraft propulsion systems, including pressure and flow regulation product development, sustaining engineering, laboratory testing, verification, and qualification campaigns. Coordinates suppliers and manufacturing shops, supports flight hardware sourcing, analyzes fluid-system data, develops plans and schedules, and mentors junior engineers. Requires aerospace hardware experience, fluidics expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and occasional travel.

Leads the design, development, testing, manufacturing support, and lifecycle management of spacecraft electrical hardware for electric propulsion systems. Responsibilities include architecture and requirements definition, schematic and PCB development, component selection, environmental qualification, failure investigations, documentation, risk-reduction testing, and design-for-manufacture/test. The role also mentors engineers, collaborates with manufacturing and analysts, supports test equipment and fixturing development, and guides products through production.

Manage all accounting functions (AP, AR, payroll, GL), lead month-end close, ensure US GAAP compliance, perform manufacturing cost analysis, prepare financial reports and bank reconciliations, support audits, implement policies and process improvements.
