As a Technical Account Manager for Enterprise, you'll oversee complex customer relationships, guiding enterprise accounts through onboarding, integrations, and ongoing support, while collaborating closely with technical teams to enhance customer success and product improvements.

Lead infrastructure resiliency, observability, scalability, and performance initiatives for Orb’s revenue platform. Build reliable, performance-critical infrastructure, including real-time event processing; design recovery mechanisms, tenant isolation, and load-spike handling; investigate complex failures; plan for customer growth; partner with engineering teams; and mentor engineers on reliability best practices.
