As a Technical Account Manager for Enterprise, you'll oversee complex customer relationships, guiding enterprise accounts through onboarding, integrations, and ongoing support, while collaborating closely with technical teams to enhance customer success and product improvements.

Lead product strategy and outcomes for Orb’s core billing and pricing platform. Conduct customer discovery, define pricing abstractions, guide safe price changes, prioritize the roadmap, and partner closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams. Establish product practices that help the team deliver high-impact work. The role focuses on B2B SaaS, usage-based products, and financially critical billing and pricing domains.

Own the entitlements and spend platform end to end, including customer discovery, product design, API development, implementation, and rollout. Build real-time alerting, analytics, credit balances, allocations, usage alerts, rate limits, and entitlement checks against billing state. Shape foundational primitives and interfaces, make low-latency systems decisions, and collaborate with product, design, sales, customer success, and enterprise customers.
