As a Technical Account Manager for Enterprise, you'll oversee complex customer relationships, guiding enterprise accounts through onboarding, integrations, and ongoing support, while collaborating closely with technical teams to enhance customer success and product improvements.

Own the entitlements and spend platform end to end, including customer discovery, product design, API development, implementation, and rollout. Build real-time alerting, analytics, credit balances, allocations, usage alerts, rate limits, and entitlement checks against billing state. Shape foundational primitives and interfaces, make low-latency systems decisions, and collaborate with product, design, sales, customer success, and enterprise customers.

Own and develop Orb’s entitlements and spend platform, including real-time alerting, analytics, credit balances, allocations, usage alerts, and rate limits. Design APIs and data models, make low-latency systems decisions, shape foundational product primitives, and lead work from customer discovery through rollout. Collaborate with product, design, sales, customer success, and enterprise customers to build reliable revenue-critical infrastructure.
