As a Technical Account Manager for Enterprise, you'll oversee complex customer relationships, guiding enterprise accounts through onboarding, integrations, and ongoing support, while collaborating closely with technical teams to enhance customer success and product improvements.

Leads the Entitlements & Spend Platform engineering team, owning technical direction, architecture, roadmap execution, API quality, QA, and delivery. Manages and develops engineers while partnering with Product and Design to build reliable, low-latency distributed systems for billing alerts, spend controls, entitlement checks, balance reads, and usage analytics. The role requires strong system architecture, data modeling, customer focus, estimation, technical judgment, and cross-functional leadership.

Lead Orb’s Entitlements and Spend Platform, defining strategy for spend controls, entitlement checks, alerting, and usage analytics. Conduct customer discovery, identify and deliver high-value increments, shape product direction in an ambiguous domain, and partner closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders. The role also establishes product practices and processes as the team grows, with emphasis on B2B SaaS, platform products, billing, pricing, and financially critical systems.
