Manage and grow international distributor network across Southern Europe, Northern Africa, and Brazil. Identify target markets and partners, negotiate and finalize distributor contracts, onboard and enable partners with training and marketing support, set and track sales targets, conduct regular business reviews, and implement corrective actions to meet performance goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Regulatory, Marketing, and Product teams; travel internationally up to 50%.

The Senior Accountant owns inventory accounting, product costing, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and gross-margin reporting. The role supports budgets, forecasts, audits, internal controls, process improvements, and cross-functional decision support with Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Finance. It also provides accounting guidance and maintains accurate, audit-ready documentation.

Supports manufacturing process improvements, quality investigations, corrective actions, process validation, equipment qualification, and new product scale-up and technology transfer. Reviews process trends, establishes monitoring requirements for critical quality attributes, develops manufacturing documentation, and ensures regulatory and safety compliance. The role collaborates with Product Development and Manufacturing teams and may involve laboratory work, personal protective equipment, occasional lifting, and limited travel between nearby sites.

Manage marketing-generated leads, qualify and route prospects, maintain CRM data quality, support outbound campaigns and eCommerce customer onboarding, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate opportunities and improve commercial processes.

Coordinate end-to-end international shipments from order entry through delivery, prepare shipping documentation and Proforma invoices, manage customs clearance and trade compliance (HTS, Incoterms, duties), negotiate carrier rates, track shipments, liaise with carriers/brokers/customers, and support audits and account management.

Execute QC laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products and stability programs per SOPs and cGLP/GMP. Support investigations, validation studies, documentation, inventory, equipment maintenance, and training. Maintain cleanliness, track quality trends, report nonconformances, and assist with customer complaint testing and CAPA activities.

Execute and analyze laboratory experiments supporting product development for sample collection and stabilization. Perform PCR, ELISA, DNA isolation and other assays, maintain regulated documentation, contribute to reports and regulatory submissions, and collaborate on R&D projects ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
