Support Orasio's expansion in France by aiding business development, go-to-market operations, partnerships, and pilot deployments. Enrich CRM, implement commercial performance tools, qualify partners, coordinate commercial/technical teams, and assist throughout the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Own and improve Orasio's operational processes: run QA on software releases, test hardware and software before delivery, manage hardware booking and inventory, coordinate logistics for events, and support investigations by producing research and expert reports for law enforcement.

Build and maintain React frontends and FastAPI backends; develop backend services ingesting and serving data from an edge pipeline (PostgreSQL, vector search, MQTT). Implement real-time video monitoring, playback, geospatial views, and integrations with third-party VMS. Collaborate with ML, platform, and field engineers to ensure performance, reliability, and security for on-premise and air-gapped deployments.

Lead UX and UI design for AI-powered video intelligence products used by public safety and defense operators. Translate complex AI into intuitive interfaces, design real-time alerting and playback workflows, run user research and usability tests, ensure GDPR/legal compliance, create wireframes/prototypes for web and edge platforms, and build scalable design systems and brand guidelines.

Lead end-to-end deployments and integrations of Orasio's video-intelligence solutions in on-premise, air-gapped, and constrained environments across Poland, Ukraine and the Baltics. Serve as primary technical contact, translate engineering concepts for non-technical stakeholders, adapt product to operational needs, and improve deployment processes while collaborating with product, engineering, and commercial teams.

Own end-to-end hardware for on-premise and edge AI deployments: design rack-mount GPU compute platforms and rugged edge devices, manage BoMs and OEM/ODM relationships, run EVT/DVT/PVT cycles, perform thermal/power analyses, drive certifications, ensure field serviceability, and align hardware with ML/software requirements.

Lead end-to-end deployments of on‑premise, air‑gapped video-AI solutions as the primary technical contact; design and scale deployment processes and playbooks; integrate product with customer systems; support user adoption and cross-functional feedback to improve deployment practices across Europe.

Lead development of a ruggedized, secure, scalable edge video-intelligence platform. Implement embedded services on NVIDIA Jetson, integrate and optimize AI inference, build APIs, OTA and secure device management, enable video streaming and telemetry, and ensure reliability with CI/CD, monitoring, and automated tests.
