Lead and build the deployment function for on‑prem, secure AI deployments: hands‑on early installs, hardware sizing, tooling, monitoring, runbooks, integrator enablement, cross‑team troubleshooting, and team growth while ensuring scalable, secure, production‑ready rollouts in sensitive environments.

Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and sales, lead on-premise and air-gapped deployments, integrate with VMS and infrastructure, troubleshoot and escalate cross-functionally, capture and relay customer feedback, and scale deployment capabilities across secure public‑safety and defense environments.

Lead end-to-end deployments and integrations of Orasio's video-intelligence solutions in on-premise, air-gapped, and constrained environments across Poland, Ukraine and the Baltics. Serve as primary technical contact, translate engineering concepts for non-technical stakeholders, adapt product to operational needs, and improve deployment processes while collaborating with product, engineering, and commercial teams.

Lead development of a ruggedized, secure, scalable edge video-intelligence platform. Implement embedded services on NVIDIA Jetson, integrate and optimize AI inference, build APIs, OTA and secure device management, enable video streaming and telemetry, and ensure reliability with CI/CD, monitoring, and automated tests.

Build and maintain React frontends and FastAPI backends; develop backend services ingesting and serving data from an edge pipeline (PostgreSQL, vector search, MQTT). Implement real-time video monitoring, playback, geospatial views, and integrations with third-party VMS. Collaborate with ML, platform, and field engineers to ensure performance, reliability, and security for on-premise and air-gapped deployments.

Lead Orasio's end-to-end marketing: own brand and content, demand generation, product and partner marketing, events, sales enablement, executive communications, and agency management to scale presence across France and Europe.
