Supports school theatrical productions through costume construction, alterations, fittings, emergency repairs, quick changes, laundering, accessory creation, makeup application, and hair or wig styling. Maintains costume supplies and assists during dress rehearsals and performances. Requires sewing expertise, theatrical makeup and wig skills, organization, communication, computer proficiency, and availability for nights, weekends, and irregular hours.

Manages the Missions Program’s finances, budgeting, reporting, equipment, logistics, trips, events, recycling, fundraising, grants, donor relationships, and local engagement initiatives. Coordinates mission travel and volunteers, oversees student leadership development, mentors and disciples students, supports curriculum, and maintains program technology and documentation. Collaborates with school business, development, operations, and communications teams to sustain a Christ-centered missions program.

Assists with developing and delivering strength, speed, agility, nutrition, flexibility, and conditioning programs for student-athletes. Teaches movement and restoration techniques, supports APE classes, administers performance tests, enters data, educates coaches, maintains the weight room, and promotes safety and discipline. The role requires occasional after-hours or weekend work and supports the school’s Christian mission.

Provides administrative support for admissions and enrollment operations by welcoming guests, managing calls and calendars, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining student and application records, entering data, organizing spreadsheets, supporting purchasing, and communicating across school offices. The role also assists with the school store and supports enrollment follow-up activities. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, data entry, and office administration skills in a Christian school environment.

Coordinates school events, facility scheduling, work orders, vehicle assignments, transportation vendors, driver qualifications, vehicle maintenance, safety compliance, records, budgets, and transportation policies. Maintains the master calendar, supports event evaluation and improvement, arranges school bus driver training, and advises on student transportation needs. Requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, customer service, and collaboration skills in a school environment.

Leads a high school robotics team through robot design, construction, programming, testing, and competition preparation. Teaches mechanical systems, sensors, programming logic, troubleshooting, and engineering design while mentoring students in teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. Manages equipment inventory, safety procedures, schedules, logistics, communications, competitions, and grant-support activities. Requires weekly evening workshops, weekend competitions, student and family communication, and collaboration with school leadership and teachers.
