Ensures externally sourced EV components, including batteries, motors, inverters, and high-voltage wiring, meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include supplier audits, APQP/PPAP/FAI, quality-system maintenance, supplier performance monitoring, corrective actions, root-cause analysis, SCAR management, engineering changes, audit support, metrics reporting, and continuous improvement. The role partners with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and operations and requires domestic supplier travel up to 50%.

Manages full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing, engineering, operations, sales, and corporate roles. Sources and assesses candidates, partners with hiring managers, coordinates interviews, maintains talent pipelines, tracks recruiting metrics, improves ATS and interview processes, supports compensation discussions, promotes company culture, and ensures legal compliance.

Produce Salesforce-based sales analytics and reporting to improve forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, territory coverage, and sales productivity. Build dashboards, track conversion and cycle metrics, maintain CRM data quality, support quota and territory planning, and present insights to sales leadership.

Lead global sourcing strategy for EV manufacturing: negotiate high-value supplier contracts, drive cost and MRO savings, implement dual-source strategies and supplier KPIs, manage vendor networks, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, QA, and Finance to ensure supply continuity and optimize total cost of ownership.

Design, analyze, and validate electrical systems for Class 8 on- and off-road electric vehicles, including power distribution, wiring harnesses, HV/LV systems, charging, motor and controller evaluation. Create 3D models and 2D drawings in Inventor, lead DFMEA and DVP&R, run design reviews, support prototype and production builds, troubleshoot, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead plant quality efforts for electric vehicles by building and maintaining a QMS, performing internal audits, driving root cause investigations and corrective actions, monitoring QA metrics, and developing the quality team to ensure product and process improvements.

Investigate and resolve customer field incidents (FIRs), perform root-cause analysis, drive CAPAs and continuous improvement, manage QA data collection/analysis tools, coordinate cross-functional investigations, track quality metrics, support audits and customer visits, and improve product reliability using Six Sigma/Lean methods.

Create and manage 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings for electrical and mechanical systems using Autodesk Inventor. Build iLogic automation, manage CAD data and revisions in Autodesk Vault, produce BOMs and engineering documentation, support design reviews, DFM, prototyping, and troubleshoot CAD/PDM issues while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure manufacturable designs.

Perform financial planning and analysis including forecasts, budgets, variance and cash forecasts; maintain forecasting models and reporting packages; analyze revenue, costs, and loan documentation; support external reporting, accounts receivable processes, and produce ad-hoc finance reports for leadership.

Develop, calibrate, test, and release vehicle control system software for controllers and displays. Troubleshoot issues, integrate firmware with suppliers, collaborate with hardware and sales teams, ensure solutions meet cost, performance, and schedule targets, and communicate project progress. Support current products through bug fixes and feature upgrades and may expand scope to additional vehicle systems.
