Build and operate the platform supporting internal applications, dashboards, AI agents, data pipelines, and CI/CD. Manage Azure hosting, networking, identity, secrets, monitoring, access controls, infrastructure as code, and deployment standards. Integrate Microsoft Fabric with ERP, CRM, telematics, and other systems. Establish guardrails for AI-assisted development, automate workflows, monitor cost and reliability, and create repeatable engineering patterns in partnership with IT.

Take AI-generated prototypes into production by refactoring, designing architectures, building internal web applications and integrations, creating data models, writing tests and documentation, and instrumenting deployed tools. Direct AI coding tools, review analyst code, ensure security and maintainability, reconcile data across ERP, CRM, telematics, and other systems, and support technicians, schedulers, buyers, and planners.

Administers Orange EV’s Microsoft-based IT environment, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, virtualization, endpoints, and network infrastructure. Responsibilities include identity and access management, PowerShell automation, monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, incident response, documentation, compliance support, and vendor coordination. The role is fully on-site and also manages IT project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.

Owns the deal desk function across pricing, contract lifecycle management, approvals, and quote-to-cash processes. Partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, and customers to structure profitable deals, manage non-standard terms, maintain contract templates, and accelerate approvals. Builds the approval matrix, implements CPQ and CLM tools, integrates quoting with CRM and ERP systems, monitors renewals, and develops operational dashboards. Also trains Sales and reports on deal velocity, discount leakage, exceptions, and process performance.

Ensures externally sourced EV components, including batteries, motors, inverters, and high-voltage wiring, meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include supplier audits, APQP/PPAP/FAI, quality-system maintenance, supplier performance monitoring, corrective actions, root-cause analysis, SCAR management, engineering changes, audit support, metrics reporting, and continuous improvement. The role partners with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and operations and requires domestic supplier travel up to 50%.

Produce Salesforce-based sales analytics and reporting to improve forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, territory coverage, and sales productivity. Build dashboards, track conversion and cycle metrics, maintain CRM data quality, support quota and territory planning, and present insights to sales leadership.

Lead global sourcing strategy for EV manufacturing: negotiate high-value supplier contracts, drive cost and MRO savings, implement dual-source strategies and supplier KPIs, manage vendor networks, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, QA, and Finance to ensure supply continuity and optimize total cost of ownership.

Design, analyze, and validate electrical systems for Class 8 on- and off-road electric vehicles, including power distribution, wiring harnesses, HV/LV systems, charging, motor and controller evaluation. Create 3D models and 2D drawings in Inventor, lead DFMEA and DVP&R, run design reviews, support prototype and production builds, troubleshoot, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead plant quality efforts for electric vehicles by building and maintaining a QMS, performing internal audits, driving root cause investigations and corrective actions, monitoring QA metrics, and developing the quality team to ensure product and process improvements.

Investigate and resolve customer field incidents (FIRs), perform root-cause analysis, drive CAPAs and continuous improvement, manage QA data collection/analysis tools, coordinate cross-functional investigations, track quality metrics, support audits and customer visits, and improve product reliability using Six Sigma/Lean methods.

Perform financial planning and analysis including forecasts, budgets, variance and cash forecasts; maintain forecasting models and reporting packages; analyze revenue, costs, and loan documentation; support external reporting, accounts receivable processes, and produce ad-hoc finance reports for leadership.

Develop, calibrate, test, and release vehicle control system software for controllers and displays. Troubleshoot issues, integrate firmware with suppliers, collaborate with hardware and sales teams, ensure solutions meet cost, performance, and schedule targets, and communicate project progress. Support current products through bug fixes and feature upgrades and may expand scope to additional vehicle systems.
