Perform financial planning and analysis including forecasts, budgets, variance and cash forecasts; maintain forecasting models and reporting packages; analyze revenue, costs, and loan documentation; support external reporting, accounts receivable processes, and produce ad-hoc finance reports for leadership.

Build iLogic automation, manage CAD data and revisions in Autodesk Vault, produce BOMs and engineering documentation, support design reviews, DFM, prototyping, and troubleshoot CAD/PDM issues while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure manufacturable designs.

Design, analyze, and validate electrical architectures for Class 8 electric trucks including power distribution, wiring harnesses, HV/LV DC systems, charging, motors, and controllers. Create 3D/2D CAD models in Inventor, lead DFMEA and DVP&R, support builds/troubleshooting, collaborate with manufacturing and suppliers, and mentor junior engineers.

Support regional sales managers across the customer lifecycle by qualifying leads, managing CRM data, coordinating demos/transportation/invoicing, preparing quotes and presentations, performing data entry and reporting, and handling administrative tasks to ensure timely deliveries and strong customer experiences.

Lead enterprise AI strategy and governance, advise the CEO and exec team, establish AI policies and guardrails, prioritize and guide high-value use cases, oversee PoCs to scaled deployments, deliver AI literacy across departments, ensure compliance and responsible AI practices, and enable business leaders to safely adopt AI.

Investigate and resolve customer field incidents (FIRs), perform root-cause analysis, drive CAPAs and continuous improvement, manage QA data collection/analysis tools, coordinate cross-functional investigations, track quality metrics, support audits and customer visits, and improve product reliability using Six Sigma/Lean methods.

Develop, calibrate, test, and release vehicle control system software for controllers and displays. Troubleshoot issues, integrate firmware with suppliers, collaborate with hardware and sales teams, ensure solutions meet cost, performance, and schedule targets, and communicate project progress. Support current products through bug fixes and feature upgrades and may expand scope to additional vehicle systems.

Support sales adoption of electric yard trucks across Canada by partnering with Regional Sales Managers. Manage customer onboarding, incentive programs, CRM data, demos, orders, deliveries, registration, invoicing coordination, and cross-functional communication to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Design, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost. Lead continuous improvement using lean methods, develop SOPs and PFDs, support new product launches, drive data-driven investigations, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with equipment designers to scale production.

Lead enterprise IT strategy and operations across infrastructure, applications, data, and cybersecurity. Oversee ERP (Genius), Salesforce, cloud and on-prem systems, vendor and budget management, and IT project delivery. Build a scalable IT organization, improve reliability and integrations, and partner with the Director of AI to enable AI-ready infrastructure and automation.
