Produce Salesforce-based sales analytics and reporting to improve forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, territory coverage, and sales productivity. Build dashboards, track conversion and cycle metrics, maintain CRM data quality, support quota and territory planning, and present insights to sales leadership.

Own supplier and customer quality outcomes across the product lifecycle. Responsibilities include supplier audits, PPAP/APQP reviews, SCARs, root cause investigations, field and warranty issue resolution, QMS improvement, internal audits, Lean and Six Sigma activities, statistical quality analysis, and KPI reporting. The role collaborates with suppliers, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, and customers, with occasional travel to supplier and customer sites.

Build and operate the platform supporting internal applications, dashboards, AI agents, data pipelines, and CI/CD. Manage Azure hosting, networking, identity, secrets, monitoring, access controls, infrastructure as code, and deployment standards. Integrate Microsoft Fabric with ERP, CRM, telematics, and other systems. Establish guardrails for AI-assisted development, automate workflows, monitor cost and reliability, and create repeatable engineering patterns in partnership with IT.
