Own cross-functional program management across biobank, data, computational biology, R&D, and partnerships. Build integrated roadmaps, coordinate dependencies, establish KPI and OKR reporting, manage risks and resources, support portfolio and product planning, and align scientific platform execution with business goals. The role also contributes to grant-funded collaborations, product scoping, operational scaling, and stakeholder communication across science, engineering, business development, and external partners.

Manage employee administration, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, HR records, payroll coordination, and French employment compliance. Build scalable HR processes while supporting talent acquisition, hiring plans, candidate experience, employer branding, employee engagement, talent management, and People projects in a fast-growing biotech startup.

Analyze complex molecular, functional, and clinical data across oncology research programs. Partner with biologists, translational scientists, experimentalists, and engineers to design analyses, interpret results, and generate actionable insights for drug development decisions. Produce publication-quality figures, documentation, presentations, posters, and manuscripts. Apply Python and computational biology expertise to omics data, patient-derived models, organoids, drug screening, and cancer biology research.

Own end-to-end wet-lab data pipelines, from instrument and screening outputs to validated, analysis-ready datasets. Design the canonical data model across experimental, clinical, omics, and trial data; build quality-control systems and feedback loops; maintain production code; support lab automation and tooling; and improve operational efficiency. Work closely with scientists and technicians in an interdisciplinary oncology research environment.
