Analyzes business processes across departments, translates needs into structured requirements, maps current and future workflows, documents use cases, validates delivered solutions and AI outputs, checks data quality, builds Power BI reports, tracks adoption, and recommends process and automation improvements. The role collaborates with technical and business teams throughout project delivery and requires advanced Excel and Power BI skills, business systems knowledge, bilingual French-English communication, and at least five years of relevant experience.

Coordinates receiving and shipping operations, including inspecting goods, verifying quantities and product details, recording inventory movements, preparing orders, coordinating carriers, tracking shipments, and processing returns. Performs quality control inspections, follows up on non-conformities, maintains quality records, supports corrective actions, participates in audits, and contributes to continuous improvement. Ensures warehouse areas remain organized, safe, and compliant with product and customer requirements.

Welcomes visitors, manages calls, mail, deliveries, office supplies, access, equipment, vendors, and administrative records. Provides support to employees, executives, project and construction teams, accounting, marketing, leasing, and corporate events. Assists with onboarding, document management, invoices, timesheets, communications, electronic signatures, and office health and safety. Requires strong organization, discretion, initiative, customer service, bilingual French-English communication, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
