Manages the overall operation of a vehicle emissions testing station, including staffing, scheduling, customer service, financial reconciliation, safety, facility maintenance, reporting, employee performance, quality assurance, and compliance with IEPA waiver inspection guidelines. Provides training, resolves complaints and claims, performs applicable vehicle waiver inspections, and travels to other stations for management or staffing support as needed.

Supports station leadership by managing daily operations, opening and closing the facility, conducting vehicle emissions tests, monitoring lane traffic and wait times, troubleshooting system issues, training new inspectors, communicating test procedures and results to customers, reporting safety or policy concerns, and maintaining a clean, welcoming station environment.

Assists the Station Manager with daily vehicle emissions inspection station operations, including troubleshooting, cash handling, employee scheduling, facility opening and closing, safety, customer relations, and compliance with technical and financial objectives. Assumes station management responsibilities when needed and supports public-facing service delivery.

Oversee daily emissions station operations, staffing, scheduling, employee training, customer service, inventory, facility upkeep, safety compliance, reporting, finances, and emissions testing. The Station Manager ensures inspections are accurate and efficient, maintains performance standards, supports employees through coaching, and promotes a safe, customer-focused environment.

Assists the Station Manager with daily vehicle emissions inspection station operations, including troubleshooting, cash handling, employee scheduling, facility opening and closing, customer and employee safety, and community relations. Assumes station manager responsibilities when needed and supports compliance with technical and financial objectives. The role requires customer service, communication, organization, computer, and cash-handling skills, along with the ability to work in physically demanding and varying weather conditions.

Oversee daily emissions station operations, ensuring policy compliance, accurate inspections, safety, customer satisfaction, staffing, scheduling, inventory control, facility maintenance, reporting, and financial administration. The manager hires and onboards employees, provides coaching, assigns work, maintains operational efficiency, and conducts emissions tests as needed to meet customer wait-time expectations.

Manage daily station operations and staff to meet budget and safety standards. Handle customer complaints and remitter/payment processing, prepare reports, ensure facility maintenance, perform waiver vehicle inspections per IEPA, maintain quality assurance, train and evaluate employees, and provide travel support to other stations as needed.
