Provide administrative support for inspector and station programs: coordinate training, verify documentation, maintain records and web-based inspector profiles, process payments and rosters, respond to station inquiries, assist with QA and continuous improvement, and support training logistics and policy updates.

Entry-level data entry role to transcribe license plate images into a company database, process and archive records, perform general administrative and customer-service tasks, complete in-person training, then work remotely. Requires basic data entry, visual verification, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. HS/GED and ability to sit for work required.

Provide first-line, onsite IT support: respond to user requests, diagnose and resolve hardware/software and network issues, manage user accounts, document tickets, maintain IT inventory and knowledge base, assist with basic projects and equipment setup, and educate users on security and best practices.
