Assists the Station Manager with daily vehicle emissions inspection station operations, including troubleshooting, cash handling, scheduling, facility opening and closing, customer and employee safety, public relations, and staff supervision. Serves as acting Station Manager when needed and helps meet technical and financial objectives. The role requires customer service, communication, organization, computer, and cash-handling skills, along with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varied weather conditions.

Assists with daily emissions inspection station operations, including maximizing throughput, managing queues and lanes, checking and maintaining equipment, supporting facility opening and closing, helping with problem vehicles and inspector training, performing manager overrides, preventing fraud, reinforcing procedures, and reporting issues to station management.

Oversee daily emissions station operations, staffing, scheduling, employee training, customer service, inventory, facility upkeep, safety compliance, reporting, finances, and emissions testing. The Station Manager ensures inspections are accurate and efficient, maintains performance standards, supports employees through coaching, and promotes a safe, customer-focused environment.
