Drives sales of hosted communications products by acquiring new customers, generating leads, building prospect relationships, developing tailored solutions, and closing revenue opportunities. The role also supports strategic customer onboarding and relationship management, enters project orders, processes equipment returns, assists with inventory counts, and uses Accounting Seed and Salesforce. Requires extensive travel, strong communication, self-motivation, and experience in business development within telecom or technology.

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Build executive relationships, conduct business reviews, onboard new customers, update Salesforce, and collaborate internally to meet revenue and engagement goals.

Monitors service delivery workloads, SLAs, queues, and performance metrics; manages escalations; develops operational reports and dashboards; coordinates schedules and workload distribution; provides Tier 1 technical and customer support; performs root cause analysis; coaches team members; and drives process improvements across service delivery operations.
