Hunter-focused enterprise salesperson responsible for net-new customer acquisition in healthcare and life sciences. Own the full sales cycle from targeted outbound prospecting through executive discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, and closing 6- and 7-figure deals. Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing, manage pipeline and CRM, and represent Optura across the healthcare AI ecosystem to expand market presence.

Work directly with healthcare payers and PBMs to gather requirements, deploy and integrate Optura's AI platform, build customized AI use cases (including RAG and agentic systems), configure serverless/container architectures on cloud platforms, develop integrations in Python and JavaScript, document systems, monitor KPIs, and relay customer feedback to product teams.

Customer-facing role to deploy, integrate, and operationalize an AI orchestration platform in enterprise healthcare environments. Build and manage cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters, develop IaC and CI/CD pipelines, configure AI components and RAG pipelines, deploy customer-specific AI use cases, monitor performance, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve reliability and scalability.

Design, build, and operate core platform services for an AI orchestration platform: model and agent orchestration, routing, reliability, observability, and HIPAA-aware integrations. Partner with product and research teams to prototype, scale, and deliver secure, composable platform capabilities that enable customers to deploy AI in production.

Lead the core platform roadmap for agent orchestration and hybrid deployments. Define and prioritize features, collaborate on architecture, and ensure scalability, security, and operational efficiency for AI agent workflows.

Design, build, and operate Optura's multi-cloud, HIPAA-aware platform: run Kubernetes across cloud and customer on-prem/air-gapped environments, create unified deployment tooling (Helm/operators/GitOps), own SLOs/capacity/incident response, drive reliability, implement identity/networking/security controls, and build IaC/GitOps patterns in partnership with product and security teams.
